As the first dedicated WorldatWork affiliate for total rewards practitioners in the province we aim to provide a platform for TR professionals to connect, share best practices, and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of total rewards across British Columbia, a region renowned for its competitive talent market and unique compensation challenges.
