Employees want more than pay and benefits—they want to feel valued, supported, and included. That’s why leading organizations are reimagining total rewards strategies with a stronger focus on people. By aligning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives with Total Rewards (TR), companies are creating programs that meet employee needs, foster belonging, and drive stronger business results.

Human After All: Designing Human-Centered Total Rewards Strategies will showcase how innovative organizations are putting this into practice. Through real-world case studies and practical examples, attendees will see how DEI and TR alignment leads to improved engagement, higher retention, and measurable cultural impact.

This session will also highlight the role of data analytics and employee feedback in shaping effective rewards. By listening to employees and using insights to guide decisions, organizations can design total rewards programs that are inclusive, equitable, and scalable—ensuring every employee feels recognized and valued.

Join us to gain actionable strategies for building human-centered total rewards that strengthen culture, support diverse workforces, and deliver lasting impact.
