Our Regional Leads are volunteer ambassadors who help expand BCTRN's reach across British Columbia. As BCTRN grows, we plan to develop region-specific programming and events.
Claudia is the Manager of Compensation Policy & Design with the Public Sector Employers' Council Secretariat (PSEC) in Victoria, BC. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and has over 15 years of experience in the BC Public Service. With a strong background in labour relations, compensation framework design and public sector policy, Claudia leads initiatives that support equitable, transparent, and sustainable compensation practices across BC public sector employers.
Claudia is known for her collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement. She is passionate about fostering growth through training, professional development, and mentorship. She is looking forward to exchanging knowledge with other compensation experts, supporting the development of emerging professionals and promoting a culture of continuous learning across the Total Rewards community.
